Can I accept real payments with this template?
Not immediately. This is a frontend-only e-commerce template with a working local cart and sample email enquiry. Connect a secure payment provider, backend, customer records, tax, inventory, and shipping services before conducting real sales.
Can I edit the products, prices, and images?
Yes. Edit data/products.json, replace local SVG artworks, then run python tools/build.py to regenerate every static product page and the data file used by the storefront.
Does the cart persist after a refresh?
Where browser localStorage is available, the shopping bag and wishlist persist on the same browser and device. They do not synchronize across browsers or devices.
Does the contact form send messages automatically?
No. It validates input and prepares a mailto draft in the visitor's email app. Set a real address in assets/js/config.js or connect your own server-based form handler.
Are the product photos original?
The included product and editorial graphics are original vector illustrations created specifically for this template. They are not photographic product images.
Is the site ready for Google indexing?
The demonstration pages use noindex by default to avoid promoting fictional inventory. After replacing the sample catalog with your real data, remove the noindex setting in tools/build.py and add your production canonical URLs and other verified SEO data.
